NJCAA Region V has announced the Division 1 Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 25 – Oct. 1.

Hill College midfielder Yohance Alexander is the Division I player of the Week for Region V. Alexander, a freshman, scored a total of 3 goals last week and had an assist in two games. At Paris Junior College,  Alexander scored the first and third (game-winner) goals in a 3-1 win. At Ranger, he scored the second goal and provided the assist on the game-winning goal in a 3-2 win. He ended the week with a total of 7 points.
