Former winners DirecTV W Connection and Super League outfit Guaya United will clash for the second time in ten days when they meet in the quarterfinal round of the T&T Football Association FA Trophy on Wednesday.

The clash between W Connection and Guaya will take place at the latter’s home ground, La Savanne Recreation, Guayaguayare, from 3.30 pm.

In their first meeting last weekend, W Connection trounced Guaya 3-0 in the Toyota Classic semifinal and will meet another Super League club, Club Sando, in the final from 8 pm tonight at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva.

In the other three FA quarterfinals, 2003 winner North East Stars comes up against fellow Pro League club Pt Fortin Civic FC at Mahaica Oval, Pt Fortin, from 3.30 pm.

Petrotrin Palo Seco of the Southern Football Association is at home to Pro League’s Central FC, last year’s runner-up from 6 pm, while Nothern Football Association’s Queen’s Park and Super League’s Malabar FC meet in the other at a venue and time to be determined.
