SHAKA Hislop has turned his back on the England side - so that he can play alongside best pal Dwight Yorke for Trinidad.

The West Ham keeper was tipped for an international recall if England coach Kevin Keegan decides on a shake-up.

But Hislop, who was in three England squads under Glenn Hoddle without ever playing, said: "I have only played friendly games for Trinidad, so I can still play for England if I want to.

"But I have made my decision and I am sticking with it."
