RICKY Shakes is lined up for a summer switch to Swindon - and he could take his Wanderers team-mate, Charlie Comyn-Platt, with him.
The two Reebok reserves have been offered deals by Town boss, Andy King, and are both being tipped to move to the League One club.
Shakes, who is also wanted by Bury, where he impressed in a recent loan spell, had a trial with Swindon reserves and is swaying towards accepting King's offer.
"We have just been discussing contracts so far and I am waiting for a reply, so we will see what happens," said the Brixton-born 20-year-old right-winger, who has just completed a loan spell with Bury.
"But I think I am likely to be at Swindon next season. I think Charlie's thoughts are quite positive as well, especially knowing that I'm likely to be down there. He said it would be good to have someone he knows there.
"I did well at Bury and they have come in for me as well but I would like to find a club closer to home. Another thing is, obviously, that Swindon play at a higher level to Bury.
"I want to keep my options open until later in the summer, but I don't want to leave it too late."
Bury boss, Graham Barrow, fears he may lose out to Swindon in the race for Shakes' signature.
"He's from London so he may want to move closer to home and that could be a stumbling block," Barrow said.
"But I would definitely offer him something."
Comyn-Platt, the 19-year-old, Manchester born defender, had a spell on loan at Wycombe Wanderers earlier this season.
