FORMER TRINIDAD and Tobago striker Rundell Winchester has joined Finland Premier League club Palloseura Kemi Kings (PS Kemi).

The 22-year-old began his professional career as a teenager with Central FC in December 2012 and he also had brief stints with CS Vise in Belgium and Portland Timbers in the United States.

According to the Kemi Kings’ website, Winchester will be on a two-year-long contract with the club, which is inclusive of a trial period. Winchester has been training with the team for a week now and made his debut against VPS in Vaasa yesterday.

The forward started the game which PS Kemi won 1-0 thanks to a 52nd minute goal from Billy Ions. Winchester was substituted in the 73rd minute of the game.

PS Kemi had been looking for a new striker after Sasa Jovovic left the club and joined first division team Ekenäs IF.
