National midfielder Densill Theobald believes he is a step closer to making his debut for Falkirk in the Scottish Premier League after netting in the reserves 2-0 win over Motherwell last week.
Theobald, since making the move to Falkirk from Neal and Massy Caledonia AIA Fire has not seen the Falkirk starting team despite being tipped by manager John Hughes to make a name at the club .

He was also left out of the T&T squad for the recent 2-0 win over Iceland which left a question mark over his selection for the 2006 World Cup.
But the Nelson Street lad has continued to keep his chin up and with the support of countryman Russell Latapy, Theobald believes he will soon be taking the field with the rest of the Falkirk starting eleven.
“It felt good to get the goal for the Reserves but to be honest I would rather score and win with the first team because its more important for the club to stay up in the SPL,” Theobald said during a brief phone up to TTFF Media.
"I’m feeling a change around the corner and once I can keep this form going I should be able to get some time with the first team. I have been working really hard and when the time comes hopefully I can grab it.”
He made big mention of Latapy for his support since arriving at Farlkirk.
“Russell is always behind me and he likes how I stay positive all the time despite not making the team as yet, He talks to me all the time. I have even been at his home several times. He is such an intelligent person both on and off the field . It’s a real honour to train and play with him and I feel blessed about that,” Theobald added.
He will be anxiously awaiting a chance to have a go at Kilmarknock in SPL action on Saturday.
