HECTOR Sam today outlined The Saddlers' desire to bounce back from last weekend's defeat when they play host to Lincoln City tomorrow evening.
Richard Money's side suffered only their fourth League defeat of the season at Hartlepool last weekend and Sam believes that there is enough character and desire within the dressing room to get the right result against The Red Imps.
"We don't like losing games," explained the Trinidad & Tobago International. "There's a real belief in the dressing room and we are all focused on putting that right against Lincoln on Friday.
"We were disappointed last week but we need to pick ourselves up and get the win."
It is a big game for both sides tomorrow night as Lincoln will be looking to boost their own chances of gaining automatic promotion. They currently occupy fourth spot in the League Two table, just one point behind third-placed Swindon and Sam believes that the fact they will come to Bescot looking for a result, may suit The Saddlers.
"It's a massive game for both sides," he added. "We both need the three points and I think Lincoln will come here and try and get at us.
"Hopefully that will open the game up a bit and that may suit us. Both teams play football, so I think it will be a great game."
