After much speculation, the long awaited news is finally official. Khaleem Hyland has signed a three year contract for SV Zulte Waregem of Belgium.
The club proves again that it does everything possible to keep a talented team and most of them from last year. Hyland is the third player in the back round of last season for Essevee active and now endorsed in a long-term contract.
The international from Trinidad & Tobago proved in a 1000 minutes for the club all the good which he was told.
Algemeen manager Vincent Mannaert: "I am extremely pleased that we again have a decisive player like Hyland to have loyalty with us. He is part of our youthful squad and has much potential growth margin. Hyland can no doubt play an important role in the development of this team.
Khaleem Hyland: "I have played half season and am sure that this is the best club is to progress further progress. I should be able to play, that is my main objective. Departure Friday I practice with the team camp. On August 1 we must be ready for the start of the new season, which will be important. The player group is a perfect mix of youthful talent and experience. We should make as close as possible for a European place next season.
