Queens today completed the signing of Trinidad and Tobago internationist, Marvin Andrews. The devout Christian had a month's loan with us just recently but since then Marvin was released by Hamilton and Gordon Chisholm has snapped him up until the end of the season.
Said 'Chis', "I'm glad I've got him signed up again and I think he'll be a valuably acquisition. He only managed two games during that loan spell but impressed me in that relatively short space of time".
Another deal tied up this afternoon was Stevie Tosh going out on a loan swap deal to Livingston until the end of the season with Joe Hamill moving in the opposite direction to Palmerston.
The 26-year-old had previously been with Hearts and Leicester City before signing on at Almondvale. Added the manager, "Joe can play in midfield or the left flank and I feel he can do a good job for us".
Both deals were completed at 1 pm today!
Our defender, Gerry McLauchlin, has been given the opportunity of a loan deal at Arbroath and is considering it.
