AFC Telford United have signed Trinidad and Tobago winger Josh Johnson.

The 29-year-old has been training with the Bucks over the last few weeks and manager Andy Sinton has now completed the deal.

Johnson started his career with San Juan Jabloteh in Trinidad and Tobago where he played more than 150 times.

He joined Wrexham after catching the eye of then manager Denis Smith in 2006 and moved on to Welsh Premier League side Rhyl in 2008.

Johnson got his first call-up to the Trinidad and Tobago squad to play Cuba during the third round of Concacaf qualification for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

He will be included in the squad to play Solihull on Saturday.
