Boston United have officially extended Darlington defender Kevin Austin’s loan spell at The Jakemans Stadium until the end of the season.
Austin’s original loan spell had expired after last weekend’s 2-2 draw against Harrogate Town, but the paperwork has been completed for the big defender to remain with the Pilgrims until May 20.
The news means that Austin will be eligible to take part in the play-offs — if the Pilgrims go on to achieve a top five finish.
