Luton Town and Collin Samuel have today mutually agreed to terminate the striker's contract with immediate effect.
Samuel, 30, who signed on deadline day, has struggled to settle into life at Kenilworth Road following his move from Scotland.
Frequent travel with his young family still living north of the border, along with high intensity training, has proved to be a challenge too far for the Trinidad and Tobago international who returns home having made one appearance in Luton colours; as a substitute in the 2-2 draw at Bath City on 20th September.
Hatters manager, Gary Brabin told lutontown.co.uk: "Collin's been a terrific lad with a great attitude around the place and whilst the formula between both club and player hasn't quite worked out as hoped his contribution around the environment has been commendable. We wish Collin well and whoever invites him in will receive a player in a very fit and healthy condition.
