A first half double by Devon Jorsling led Defence Force to an emphatic 4-1 win over Caledonia AIA.
Jorsling surprised Caledonia AIA Fire as early as the 8th minute and then doubled the score in the 32nd minute and saw the Army surge ahead into a 2-0 at the end of the first half.
Caledonia came into this match winning their prior three consecutive matches—but this match is one they will like to forget.
It only got worse for Jamal Shabazz and his men as Kevon Carter and Dexter Pacheco added a goal each in the 61st and 73rd minutes to ensure that there was no coming back for the Firemen.
Caledonia scored a consolation goal through Stokely Mason in the 78th minute—in the end defence force running away 4-1 winners and they move to 8 points, but remain in 5th place, while Caledonia AIA manage to hold on to their 2nd spot on 10 points.
