San Juan Jabloteh and W Connection made easy their opponents on Sunday 01 March in the 2011 Oasis Youth Pro League which resumed following the Easter Break with Round One Match Day Four action in the U13, U15 and U17 Divisions.
Jabloteh hosted Police FC at the San Juan Secondary School Ground and enjoyed a 5-0 win in the U13 Division with a first half hattrick by Anthony Samuel and an item each by Shemar De Gannes and Rahim Gordon, however despite the healthy win sits fifth on the standings behind leaders W Connection, second positioned St. Ann’s Rangers, Joe Public in third and Defence Force in fourth.
Connection picked up from where they left off in Match Day Three whipping Ma Pau SC 2-0 in the U13s with a double by Isaiah Hudson who scored on either side of the half to lead the standings with maximum 12 points.
Connection also leads the U15 standings with maximum 12 points following Sunday’s 2-1 win over Ma Pau playing at Gilbert Park in Couva.
Yafeu Rougier scored both items for Connection netting on either side of the half while Jonathan Uddenberg pulled back a goal for Ma Pau.
Jabloteh sits second on the U15 standings with nine points, ahead of Caledonia AIA and T&TEC only by better goals difference.
In the U17 Division, Jabloteh, Connection and Defence Force wrapped up the day with victories in all categories, however Joe Public maintained its one hundred percent form with a 5-1 win over Caledonia to keep lead with maximum 12 points.
Shaquille Bernard scored a double while Trevin Figero, Nicholas Marcano and Marcus Gomez added a goal each for Joe Public at the Marvin Lee Stadium.
It was not the kind of closing expected of Caledonia after edging the home side 1-0 and 2-1 respectively in the U13 and U15 Divisions earlier.
Joe Public is followed by Connection(9 points) on the U17 standings and Defence Force(8 points) in third.
Defence Force playing at the TSTT Ground Queens Park Savannah enjoyed a 3-1 win over visiting FC SouthEnd in the U13s, followed by a 2-0 win in the U15s and closed off the day with a 1-0 win in the U17 Division.
