The Arima Football League (AFL) will begin competition in the Over-40 Division on Friday October 9 at Arima Velodrome, where Mayor Adrian Cabralis will kick off the ball and declare the season officially open.
Among the teams already listed to compete are Fish Alone, Memphis, Sweaters, Cosmos, 500 Touring Team, Maracas United, Mausica, Moosai Sports and Temple United.
Entries close today at 6 p.m. at the same venue.
The opening match between Cosmos and Sweaters at 6 p.m. will precede the Patrick Pamphille Memorial KO Final in the open division and which is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
