Real Footballers dominated the Maloney Football League Annual Easter Holidays Football Tournament, winning the Under-17 and Open Divisions.
Shaquille Bertran was the star of the show for Real Footballers in the Under-17 final, scoring two goals in a 3-0 rout of Semi-Pro in the final. Karima Daniel was the other goal scorer for Real Footballers. Bertran was named Most Valuable Player of the competition.
Bertran suite dup for Real Footballers in the Open final as well against Semi-pro.
He was again on the score sheet alongside team-mate Quamie John in a 2-1 win over Semi-Pro Urban Joseph was the lone scorer for Semi pro. Nathan Lewis was named MVP.
Prizes for the one-day tournament was sponsored by the National Lotteries Control Board.
