Cameron Gulston registered a beaver-trick to lead San Juan Jabloteh to a 7-1 mauling of Central FC in the Under-13 Division of T&T Youth Pro League Richard Fakoory Memorial Cup final at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Balmain, Couva, on Sunday.
Winners of the divisional league crown for a fourth straight season last month, Jabloteh stormed into the lead as early as the first minute via Gulston, who added further strikes in the 18th, 65th and 71st minutes.
Myekiah Haywood added a pair of goals in the 16th and 31st and Anthony Alexander also got his name on the scoresheet in the 42nd, while Elijah Wong netted Central FC’s consolation item in the 47th.
While Jabloteh cruised to its title triumph, Club Sando's Under-15s and W Connection's Under-17s secured their titles on penalty-kicks after 1-1 draws.
In the Under-15 decider, Police went ahead against Club Sando in the 48th minute through Raheem Atiba, only to be pegged back by Alex Chacon-Hernandez’s 63rd-minute equaliser, before the southern team snatched victory 3-1 via penalty kicks.
Club Sando had a chance at another title in the Under-17 Division but fell 5-4 on penalty kicks to W Connection following a 1-1 deadlock.
This after Nirvan Ramnarine tied up the score for W Connection in the 79th minute from the penalty spot after Adica Ash had fired Club Sando ahead in the 39th.
