Sturdy player with good ability, strong on the ball and has a powerful shot with either foot. Has considerable experience and can make a good contribution to the squad.

He captained the senior team to success in the 1999 Copa Caribe as well as during the 2000 Gold Cup.

He began his career in Scotland with Raith Rovers and moved to Hibernian before joining Port Vale in the English First Division. The former United Petrotrin player then signed a three-year contract with English Second Division club Reading FC. He went on a one-month loan with Brighton in February, 2003 and had a bright stint with Bristol City, helping the to the playoff final of the Second Division in 2004.
