THE Soca Warriors swing back into action at the end of February with a friendly against at Loftus Road - home to Queens Park Rangers.

"This is the first of friendlies as the squad prepares for the World Cup finals," said Dennis Lawrence.

"It's also a great chance for UK based Trinidad and Tobago supporters to come out and watch the team in action.

"In fact, we would appreciate support from any Wrexham fans in the London area and it would be great to see a few Welsh flags at the ground on the night."

With players being drawn from clubs all over Britain, the Warriors can certainly expect a warm welcome in west London.

At the moment Southampton, West Ham United, Coventry City, Luton Town, Port Vale, Gillingham, Rangers, St. Johnstone, Dundee, Dundee United and Falkirk are all represent in the team.

Mike Berry, the T&T Football Federation's duly appointed International Consultant for the UK and Europe, is helping the Warriors with their preparations for Germany 2006 and he's certainly looking forward to this game on Tuesday, 28 February - Kick off: 7.45pm.

"Ironically, it's carnival time back in T&T and we are hoping to 'play mas' at Loftus Road.

"It will be a little piece of Caribbean sunshine in London on a February night!

"Both sides will be a full strength and the Icelanders have more than a few useful players dotted throughout the Premiership.

"Anyone who can get along will be made more than welcome and they are assured of an entertaining evening."

Tickets for this game will be available from the Loftus Road box office towards the end of this week.
