Crewe Alexandra goalkeeper Clayton Ince arrived home on Thursday evening and reported to training on Friday morning with the rest of the Trinidad and Tobago team at the Hasely Crawford Stadium as the ‘Warriors’ continued preparations ahead of Tuesday’s friendly international against Haiti.

Ince worked out with fellow goalkeeping teammates Jan Michael Williams and Daurance Williams and coach Michael Maurice.

“It’s good to be able to come at this time and get involved in the training with the rest of the guys because the two friendlies coming up are obviously important before we face the States next month,” Ince told TTFF Media.

Some of the other overseas pros expected here on the weekend include Coventry City striker Stern John, Dundee’s Brent Sancho, Southampton’s Kenwyne Jones with Glasgow Rangers defender Marvin Andrews, Portsmouth goalie Shaka Hislop and Wrexham midfielder Carlos Edwards also on the list called by St Clair for the World Cup encounter.

The rest of the squad inclusive of the home-based pros like Angus Eve, Derek King, Keyeno Thomas, Marlon Rojas, Nigel Pierre, Leslie Fitzpatrick, Cornell Glen, Avery John and Gary Glasgow all trained and will regroup for another session at the Stadium from 9am on Saturday.
