Trinidad and Tobago midfielder David Nakhid was given the all clear to appear in the final Digicel Caribbean Cup fixture against Barbados following a successful appeal by the management of the National Team on Thursday.
Following issue of an initial notice that the player would be suspended from the final encounter, the Caribbean Football Union received an appeal from the T&T team and decided that Nakhid, who had received a yellow card, shall now be eligible to line up in the match which kicks off at 8pm at the National Stadium, Waterford.
He has however received a fine of US$2,000 for unsporting behaviour in Tuesdays match against Cuba.
