With two straight wins on the trot, the national Under-17 Women’s team will be looking to capitalise on its form when the team challenges reigning champion Real Dimension, in a key Japs-sponsored Women’s League Football (WoLF) at Maracas Recreation Ground, St Joseph, from 4 pm today.
The league, which was on a one-week break, will see two Premier Division matches, along with three first division matches, one in Group A and two in Group B. All matches are set to kick off at 4 pm.
Then, tomorrow, Malick City FC, which slumped to its first defeat of the season two weeks ago, will be eager to return to winning ways, when it travels to Tobago to face the Ministry of Sport Schoolaz.
Only one other match will be played tomorrow, a clash between Central FC and Malabar FC at Madras Ground, Cunupia. Despite being a league match, the winner will receive a trophy. The Central FC, Malabar All Stars match, will precede the opening of the 2013 Central Football Association’s league campaign.
