Defending Women’s League Football (WoLF) champion, Tobago FC will take on Real Dimension in its first match of the 2010 season today on the Plymouth Recreational Ground, Tobago, from 4 pm.
Real Dimension already has one win under its belt, following a 3-0 thumping of Petrotrin last Sunday in the opening match of the league. Petrotrin will aiming to make up for the defeat by Real Dimension when it faces ZSweaters Touring at Guaracara Park, Point-a-Pierre, from 4 pm.
CAL San Juan Jabloteh also picked up maximum points last Sunday in the other Premier Division match played, when it edged Defence Force 1-0 through a 62nd minute goal by national player, Jinelle Kissoon.
The First Division of the League will kick off this week with North Coast taking on newcomer, Arima Giants at the Blanchisuesse Secondary School Grounds, while Point Fortin Pioneers will meet UWI at the Techier Recreational Ground. Another Newcomer to the league, Excel will also be in action, t5aking on Malick City on the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain.
