YOUTH Stars United are the new holders of the FA Cup in the Tobago Football Association after a thrilling finish in the final.
They copped the title via a 2-0 shut out of Black Rock at the Cyd Gray Complex on Saturday evening.
And the hero of it all was Jesse Martineau who scored two extremely late goals in the space of three minutes to crush the hearts of the Black Rock supporters.
It took all of 89 minutes for Martineau to send the Youth Stars supporters into glee when he got his first of the night.
And two minutes later in time added, (the 91st minute), Martineau lashed in his second to seal the victory, taking advantage as Black Rock pushed bodies forward in desperate search of an equaliser.
Earlier at the same venue, Roxborough Lakers earned third place in the FA with a slender 1-0 triumph over Bethel United.
Kodie Bascombe scored what turned out to be the winning goal midway into the second half to decide what was a tight affair.
