Hills United coach, Warren Butler, must have welcomed the Tobago Football Association's decision to suspend the League for two weeks due to the Under 17 Women World Cup Group B that is being hosted in Tobago, the upgrading of playing fields affected by the inclement weather and inaccurate markings. The break is an opportunity to find a way to motivate his young players and try and find the winning formula if they are to prevent the drop this season.

Hills fell to another heavy 8-2 defeat at the hands of Georgia, their second blowout of the season as they were also humbled 9-0 by Roxborough Lakers. Kerron Phillips helped himself to a hattrick, Shey Jerry (2), Deon Orr (2) and Jason Surrey netted for Georgia.

Black Rock F.C. who has been on a losing streak for most of the season, have some reason to be upbeat going into the break. After falling to a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Roxborough Lakers, they were able to manage their first win in six, with a 1-0 victory against Mason Hall USSS. Valton Braithwaite's double kept then in the game for long periods until Glenroy Ferguson netted what turned out to be the winner. Dyke Reid had earlier struck twice for Lakers.

Micheal Carrington scored what turned out to be the winner early in the second half, then got himself sent off to set up a nervy period for Black Rock. Fortunately, they were able to hold on for the win which propelled them out of the relegation zone into ninth position.

Goal City netted in the final minute of each half to overcome a determined Stokely Vale who had taken a surprised 1-0 lead through Christon Campbell. However Seon Barry and Kenyon Manswell responded at the death to give Goal City full points and move into contention on 15 points, seven behind leaders Georgia on 22 points.

Roxborough Lakers finally got their season on an upswing with their second victory of the week as they stomped all over Leeds United 5-1. Lakers moved from seventh to fourth position on 14 points from nine matches.
