The Southern Football Association (SFA) 2012 Season Opening Ceremony will be held at Skinner Park this afternoon from 2.30 pm.
The 18 teams participating in the Petrotrin Premier League and the Roy Jagroopsingh Second Division League will be on parade.
The opening ceremony will be followed by the statutory opening match in which the previous season’s Premier League Champion plays the League Cup KO Champion.
Siparia Spurs, the defending Champion over the past two seasons, now campaigning in the bmobile National Super League will play 2011 2nd Division Champion and SFA Team Of The Year, T&TEC FC for the John Alleyne Memorial Trophy.
