Robbie Sookhi scored twice for Harlem, in the 78th and 82nd minutes, after earlier items from Victor De Silva (sixth), Dwayne Wills (27th) and Ronnie Jeffrey (70th).
Aaron Chunai (30th) and Riva Ramlagan (41st) got their names on the scoresheet for Perseverance United.
