Defending champion Mexico will host the 2013 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship finals in Puebla.

The February 18-March 2nd U-20 championship will mark the fourth time Mexico has hosted all or part of the tournament finals, while it will be the first time Panama has hosted the U-17 finals, set for April 6-19.

Estadio Cuauhtemoc, home of Mexican first-division club Puebla and a venue for the 1970 and 1986 World Cups as well as the 2008 CONCACAF U-17 Women's Championship, will be one of two venues used for the U-20 championship.

The other will be Estadio Universitario Lobos BUAP, which is home to the second-division club which shares its name. The U-20 championship is set for Turkey.

The 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup will be the nineteenth edition of the U-20 World Cup since its inception in 1977 as the FIFA World Youth Championship.

At its Executive Meeting in Zurich on March 3, 2011, Turkey beat other bids from the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan. In its bid, Turkey suggested the use of 13 stadiums in 10 of its cities, before deciding in February 2012, that 7 cities would play host to games.
