The clash of the top two teams in the Big-Four competition, between Football Factory, which is on a perfect six points from two wins and St Francois, which is second with a win and a draw, will begin at 3.30 pm.

At the same time, Petit Valley and Queen’s Park Cricket Club (QPCC), which are off to slow starts in the potential promotion competition, will battle at the Diego Martin North Secondary Ground.

Petit Valley is off two straight losses, the first a 2-1 defeat to Football Factory and the second a 3-1 beat down by St Francois, while QPCC managed a 1-1 draw with the St Francois team in the first match before falling 1-0 to Football Factory in the second.

Each team in the Big-Four competition will play six matches, on a home and away basis, with the eventual winner taking the championship trophy and a spot in the Champions of Champions competition, which ultimately determines the three teams that advance to the National Super League, the country’s second tier league football competition.

After today, the next round of matches will be played on Wednesday and continue on Sunday. Three days later, on December 5, the competition will conclude with the final round of matches.
