Trinidad and Tobago's Crown Trace FC were handed a tough semi-final draw after closing off their round robin campaign in the under-17 division of the 2016 Disney Cup with a 7-2 whipping of Association of Christian Youths (ACYS) Spirit United at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida, USA, on Friday.
The win, which came on the back of a 2-2 draw with Markham of Peru a day earlier, saw Crown Trace complete their Bracket 1 assignment with two wins and two draws, scoring 12 goals while conceding six in amassing eight points for second place. Markham-three wins and one draw-topped the group with 10 points.

Crown Trace will now face Bracket 2 table topper Spain Soccer Factory Eurostars Madrid in the second Gold semi-final. The Spanish outfit, who collected twelve points in an unbeaten four-match stint, have scored four goals or more in each of their matches. In the first Gold semis, Markham comes up against hometown hopeful FKK 98 Florida Kraze, who took second spot in Bracket 2 with nine points.
Meanwhile, in the Silver semi-finals, Orlando City, who finished third in Bracket 1, takes on Bracket 2 fourth-place finisher Ramey Spoccer Club of Puerto Rico, while Bracket 1 fourth-place team Noreaster SC of Massachusetts tackles Florida's CD Fair Play USA, who copped third place in Bracket 2.
All semi-final matches will be contested on Saturday with both the Gold and Silver finals being played on Sunday.
