Sixteen teams including eight from T&T, are competing in the tenth annual Masters football tournament, which started yesterday and ends on Sunday, with action kicking off at 11 am daily at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva.
The winner will walk away with a handsome first prize of US$3,500, along with a challenge trophy and 25 gold medals.
The runners up will take away US$2,300 and 25 silver medals while third and fourth will receive US$1,500 and USD$700 respectfully.
The tournament which is being hosted by Times Management Ltd, Queen’s Park Cricket Club and the FF Crew Football Club, has been sanctioned by the T&T Football Federation (T&TFF).
