Joint early leaders of the bmobile National Super Football League Joe Public and Economy Strikers will each face a tough battle in their quest to remain at the top of the table in Round Four matches today from 4 pm. After three rounds of matches, Joe Public and Economy Strikers each have nine points, but Joe Public has a better goal difference of plus-ten to plus-nine, and today, those unbeaten records will be severly tested.
Strikers, who have also enjoyed a great start to the season having defeated East/West Coaching School (4-0), Alcoa Carenage United (2-1) and Defence Force (4-0) welcomes WASA to its Sangre Grande Recreation Ground. The “Water Boys” after a less than impressive start to the campaign, losing 2-0 to Harvard has picked up four points in its last two matches to move into a tie for fifth spot with Harvard and are also eager to continue that upward trend.
