TTEC and WASA, the top two teams in the bmobile National Super League, remained as the pace-setters after each registered 2-0 wins in their respective Match Day Twelve contests on Wednesday.
TTEC, who copped the Knockout title on Sunday, kept a four-point lead over WASA after whipping Club Sando at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium in Marabella.
Bevon Bass opened the scoring in the 26th while Tigana Sparks got his name on the score-sheet in the 60th.
WASA got a double from Jahhan Hernandez, in the fourth and 71st minutes, to get the better of Harvard at the WASA Ground in St Joseph.
The clash of the sister-isle clubs — Stokely Vale against 1976 FC Phoenix at the Plymouth Recreation Ground, ended in a 3-3 draw.
Phoenix got a two-goal lead courtesy Sean Christmas (25th) and Akim Baynes (26th) before Stokely Vale responded with a trio of strikes, from Darron Williams (28th and 52nd) and Dion Thomas (68th).
But there was a final twist to the story, as Andel Brown got the equalising goal for Phoenix in the 81st.
Another game which ended in a 3-3 draw was the Queen’s Park- Defence Force contest, at the Hasely Crawford Stadium’s Training Field in Mucurapo.
The Parkites felt they had the three points secured with a double from Jason Charles (17th and 47th) and one from Chad De Freitas (53rd).
But Defence Force rallied to earn a share of the points, as Kevin Jagdeosingh scored twice (62nd and 73rd) and Kevin Pierre netted the game-leveller in the 82nd.
The scheduled meeting between St Francois Nationals and Joe Public, which was carded for the Youth Camp in Chaguaramas, was postponed. Match Day 13 action will be staged on Sunday.
