GEORGIA FC celebrated winning the Premier League in the Tobago Football Association with a 2-1 victory over Earlbrokes in their final game of their campaign.

Goal-scoring ace Kerron Phillips scored both goals in Sunday’s game with Deon Thomas getting the goal for the losing team. With their victory, Georgia completed their 22-match programme with 52 points, so far 13 better than last year’s champs Stokely Vale who have two more games to complete their season. St Clair’s Coaching School slammed Classic Tours Goodwood United 6- 1 to finish off in third position.

Keon Samuel scored a hat-trick of goals for Coaching School with Sheldon Small one and they benefited from two own-goals. Omari Davis got the only goal for the Goodwood men.

Bethel United and Hills United played to a stirring 2-2 draw in the other game.

Downie Marcelle and Dwayne Marcelle got the goals for Bethel while Warren Butler and Ricardo Williams netted for the Hills team. Meanwhile, Mason Hall United Soccer School whipped Youth Stars United 3-1 to take a three-point lead in the Big Seven series.

Kurt Eastman, Martin Lindow and Keldon Baker got the goals for the winners while Anslem Robley netted the lone goal for the losers.

NLCB Mt Grace United kept up their challenge with a 2-1 win over Black Road United. Rodney Nelson was again on the scoresheet along with Bryan Brown for the Mt Grace men.

Northside Combined shut out Moriah Youths 2-0 with Daniel Harry scoring both goals.
