Both Black Rock FC and Leeds United will play in the Premier Division of the Digicel-sponsored Tobago Football Association next season.
The pair finished one-two in the Big Seven series to determine which teams would earn promotion. Needing all three points to move up the ladder, Leeds United shut out Black Rock 3-0 on Thursday.
Kerlon Louis opened the scoring for the Leeds men, and Kirsyl Vincent tacked on the clincher.
At Plymouth, Hills United edged Sidey’s 2-1 in the final match of the Premier Division to finish eighth among the 12 teams leaving Sidey’s in sixth.
But the teams to be demoted to conference play will be determined following a general council meeting.
Bethel United 11th and Federal Northside FC 12th face the drop, but a decision will have to be taken regarding Charlotteville Unifiers who defaulted their last two matches.
The general council would determine whether Unifiers are to be censored or be demoted along with the last placed Northside.
