DEFENDING champions St Clair Coaching School continued their positive start to defence of their Tobago Football Association Premier Division title with a third consecutive win in as many games, a 2-0  success over Taylor's Rental  Goal City at  Plymouth last Thursday.

Darryl Trim and Denzil James netted for Coaching School, who now enjoy a two-goal advantage at the top of the standings over Leeds United, who flattened 2008 champs Georgia United 5-2 at River Bank Oval in Mt St George.

Five different players hit the mark for Leeds, who registered their second win of the new season from three games to move into second place on goal difference over Sidey's FC.

Nicholas London got both goals for Georgia, who are pointless after three outings. Both Leeds and Sidey's have six points.

In other results, Roxborough Lakers and 2009 champions Stokely Vale played to a 1-1 draw. Sellon Gray scored for Lakers, while Runako Jack replied for the former title-holders.

The 2005 winners Charlotteville Unifers, who had to battle for survival to stay up in the top flight last campaign, and Black Rock United shared the spoils in a goalless stalemate at Goodwood.

In the First Division last week Tuesday, Hills United got a goal from Nigel Alexander to earn a 1-0 win over Calder Hall on the training ground at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in Bacolet.

The other games from the same division that day ended in draws.

At Dusty Park in Hope Village, demoted club Earlbrokes and HV Milan battled to 1-1 stalemate. Brinsley Reid and Vaughn Edwards scored for Earlbrokes and Milan respectively.

There were no goals in the contest between Mt Grace and Golden Lane, in Mt Grace.
