WASA FC cruised to a 4-1 victory over Carib FC in a Premiership Division meeting of the Emerald Apartments and Plaza-sponsored Eastern Football Association (EFA) League competition recently.
Kevon Foster broke the deadlock in the first minute, while Elon James doubled the lead a minute later.
Darien Gill pulled one back in the 41st but WASA ensured that they walked away with full points with items from Joseph Spencer (77th) and Kevin Daniel (87th). In another Premiership Division contest, Godfrey John netted in the 24th minute as St John’s United pipped FC Maloney 1-0.
In the First Division, SKHY FC inflicted a come-from-behind 5-1 drubbing of FCM Supreme XI FC.
Kadeem Lewis put Supreme XI ahead after 11 minutes but their joy was turned to sorrow with SKHY responding through Akiel Noel (27th), Joseph Edwards (40th), Kiefer Pierre-Lewis (59th), Ryan Stanley (77th) and Keron Browne (81st).
Prisons FC got two goals apiece from Roland Walcott (14th and 67th) and Marlon Lawrence (31st and 80th) to defeat Malta Carib Alcons 4-2. Samuel Vialva notched a double for Alcons, in the 25th and 40th.
And, in the other First Division game, Ryan O’Neil scored in the 30th as Creek SCC edged Athletico SI 1-0.
