SUPERSTAR RANGERS are just a point away from winning the $25,000 third prize in their first season in the National Super League.
With one round of matches left, Rangers are third on 49 points from 25 games, three ahead of nearest rivals Police, who have 46 points from the same amount of matches.

Joe Public have already won the $70,000 first prize by taking the 2004 title and are on 68 points from 25 matches.

Last year's champions, LSporto Connection, who have secured second position and the $40,000 runners-up prize, are on 54 points from 25 matches.
