THE TOP three teams in the Blink/Bmobile National Super League — Club Sando, Malabar FC and Guaya United, all earned 4-0 wins on Wednesday in a trio of rescheduled Match Day 17 contests.
Sando remain in first place with 41 points, followed by Malabar with 39 and Guaya with 37.
At the Plymouth Recreation Ground, Sando showed no consideration towards their hosts Stokely Vale FC, with goals from Anthony Parris (15th minute), Kerron Smith (55th), Teba McKnight (58th) and Devon Modeste (70th).
Malabar spanked 1976 FC Phoenix at the Larry Gomes Stadium in Arima, with Keston Pierre opening the scoring in the 17th, Jameel Neptune doubling the lead in the 41st, while Gorean Highley (56th) and Cyrano Glen (72nd) netting in the second half.
The other game on the day took place at the Hasely Crawford Stadium Training Field in Mucurapo, but Guaya proved that their long trek was not in vain as they disposed of the inconsistent Westside Superstarz FC.
Finding the back of the net for Guaya were Russell Alfred (second), Jody Allsop (sixth), Kheelon Mitchell (38th) and Carlon Hughes (82nd). Match Day 23 contests will be staged on Sunday.
