Tobago Football Association League champions, Stokely Vale making their second appearance to return to the bmobile National Super League will open their campaign in the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation Promotional Play-off before their home crowd.
The Plymouth-based team who dropped out of the bmobile League in 2006 because their coffers had ran dry, will host Valencia United at the Plymouth recreation ground on Saturday January 9.
Six teams are in the Promotional Play-off with the top two qualifying for the 2010 bmobile National Super League which is the second highest League in the country, behind the Trinidad and Tobago Professional Football League.
