Errol is a powerfully built striker who has the ability to hold off defenders with ease and can hit the ball well with both feet as was demonstrated in his two goals against St Vincent and the Grenadines in August. He was a key member of the Defence Force team which won the inaugural 1999 Professional League title. He then signed with AL Nejmeh in the Lebenese Professional League and was one of the leading marksmen in that country before he moved on to Fylkir FC in Iceland. He has since returned to Al Nejmeh where he finished the 2003/2004 season with 15 goals, helping the club to the League title and a place in the 2004 Asian Club Championship.
