JAMAL CREIGHTON scored five goals as the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) produced the biggest upset of the CNG National Super League Championship Division 2015- 2016 season.

Even though they are still in sixth spot, UTT embarrassed overnight leaders Queen’s Park 6-2 at the UTT O’Meara Ground in Arima, in Tuesday’s Match Day 17 contest.

Creighton got his name on the scoresheet in the 17th, 24th, 39th, 81st and 88th minutes, while Stefon Pierre found the back of the net in the 53rd. Getting the goals for the Parkites were Benedict Barratt in the 46th and Jerome Charles in the 55th.

Prisons FC moved to the top spot after a come-from-behind 2-1 win over Barrackpore United, at the Youth Training Centre (YTC) Ground in Arouca.

Ex-national utility player Dwane James put Barrackpore ahead in the sixth minute but the hosts responded, with items from Ricardo Alleyne in the 19th and Curtis Carrington in the 47th.

Cunupia FC remained in third spot after crushing Malabar FC 6-1 at the D’Abadie Recreation Ground, Arouca.

Malabar went ahead through Che Edwards, in the fifth, but Cunupia stormed back in emphatic fashion, with Lester Joseph (54th, 66th and 80th) and Stevon Stoute (64th, 73rd and 84th) each registering hat-tricks.

Ex-national strikers Hector Sam (17th) and Stern John (68th) were the goal-getters as Saddle Hill Hotspur edged Edinburgh 500 FC 2-1 at the Edinburgh 500 Recreation Ground, Chaguanas. Calvi Grazette scored for Edinburgh 500 FC in the 20th.

Petit Valley United whipped Xtra Foods Chaguanas FC 2-0 at the New Settlement Ground, Chaguanas, with Keston Bibby-Cummings (24th) and Michael Ramsey (44th) scoring. Match Day 18 fixtures will be staged on December 15.
