Arima Boy’s RC will be favourites to land a seventh title in the Atlantic National Primary Schools Football League when it faces Santa Flora Government in the final at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo from 10.30 am today.

The boys’ decider will be a repeat of last year’s final which Arima won 3-0, and based on current form, title number seven seems just a match away. One hour before their encounter, the girls’ final will kick off at the same venue featuring Vos Government and St Agnes Anglican.

On Tuesday, Vos made the journey to Tobago and got second-half goals from Camela Knights and Lataysia Joseph, to stop Montgomery Government 2-0.

This morning, the Victoria Educational District champions will do battle with St Agnes, who are coming off a 1-0 penalty kick semifinal win over Vance River after a 1-1 deadlock at the end of regulation and extra-time.

Expected to be on hand to present awards are Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Anil Roberts, Minister of Education Tim Gopeesingh and the Minister in the Ministry of Education, Clifton DeCouteau.
